Online Peptide Calculator: Stop Guessing mL, mcg and Syringe Units

Calculate concentration, draw volume, and U-100 syringe units from the numbers on your vial label. Free to use, with no signup required.

Free to useNo signup required25 presetsNo medical advice

This peptide calculator turns three values into a clear result: the amount of peptide in your vial, the volume of bacteriostatic water you added, and the dose you want to enter. It shows the concentration in mg/mL, the draw volume in mL, and an estimate in U-100 syringe units. Everything on the page is plain arithmetic, so you can check every step yourself.

This tool performs mathematical calculations based on the values you enter. It does not determine what dose, product, solvent, syringe, schedule, or treatment is appropriate for any person. Always verify product labels and seek relevant professional guidance.

Theoretical values may be fractional mathematical estimates. Complete-dose schedule coverage does not account for product instructions, storage limits, beyond-use date, vial overfill, dead space, transfer loss, or withdrawal loss. The remainder is an estimate and is not counted as an additional complete dose. This tool does not recommend a peptide, dose, reconstitution volume, syringe, schedule, or treatment.

How to Use the Calculator

Step 1: Enter your values

Choose one of 25 presets or type your own values. Enter the vial size in mg, the volume of bacteriostatic water you added in mL, and the dose you want to enter in mg or mcg. If a label lists International Units (IU), follow the conversion printed on that label, because it differs between substances.

Step 2: Read the results

Results update as you type. You see the concentration, the calculated draw volume, the U-100 syringe unit estimate, and the number of doses per vial. An optional estimate of dosing intervals appears only if you enter a frequency yourself. It is arithmetic and does not suggest a schedule.

Step 3: Check the syringe

The syringe display marks the calculated line on a U-100 scale. Compare it with the markings printed on your own syringe before you rely on it. Open the formula breakdown to see each calculation step, then copy or share the result.

Peptide Dosage Calculator: How the Math Works

The math behind the tool needs only division and one multiplication. The total peptide in the vial is divided by the liquid volume to give the concentration. The dose you entered is divided by that concentration to give the draw volume. The draw volume is then multiplied by 100 to show U-100 units. The full formulas, each with a worked example, are on the About page.

Many people search for a peptide dose calculator because they want to turn a dose into milliliters. The tool does that by dividing your desired dose by the concentration. Others call the same thing a peptide dosing calculator, but it never decides what dose is right for anyone. You choose the number, and the tool converts it.

Peptide Calculator mg: Enter Vial Size and Dose

Vial labels state the total content in milligrams, which is why the vial field uses mg. Many readers look for a peptide calculator in mg for this reason. Doses are often written in micrograms, and a peptide calculator mcg input removes a manual conversion. One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms, so 250 mcg is 0.25 mg. The calculator converts between the two units and shows both.

Worked Examples

These examples show arithmetic only. Each one uses a common vial size and 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. The amounts entered are samples, not dose recommendations, and the preset names only show where the numbers come from.

Enter the same values in the calculator and you will see the same results. Example 3 shows what a full syringe looks like: 1.00 mL is 100 units on a U-100 scale.

Syringe Units and the U-100 Scale

A U-100 insulin syringe has 100 unit markings per 1 mL, so 1 unit equals 0.01 mL and 10 units equal 0.10 mL. Syringe units describe a volume. They are not an amount of peptide. The calculator displays U-100 results only. If your syringe is not marked U-100, use the draw volume in mL instead of the unit number and check the markings printed on your syringe. The Reconstitution Guide explains mixing, units, and common mistakes in more detail.

What the Calculator Does and Does Not Do

As a simple peptide calculator, it performs arithmetic from the values you enter. It does not recommend a peptide, a dose, a schedule, or a syringe. It does not check product quality or purity, and it assumes the amount on your label is correct. If an input is wrong, the output will be mathematically correct but wrong for your situation, so verify every value against your product label.

A few habits make the results easier to trust. Write down the label amount, the liquid volume, and the unit you entered before you start. Use the same units from the first field to the last, and change only one value at a time when you compare results. Round only at the end, because early rounding carries small errors into every later step. If two results disagree, return to the inputs first, since a typing slip or a mixed up unit is the most common cause. The tables on this page show how each number is built, so you can repeat any calculation by hand and confirm that the displayed answer matches your own arithmetic. If a result still looks unusual after you check the inputs, treat it as a reason to stop and review the label rather than to continue.

Check any result by hand

Every result comes from 5 short formulas. See them all with worked examples.

See the formulas →
How accurate is the calculator?

The calculator uses standard concentration and dose volume formulas, and the same inputs always produce the same outputs. Accuracy depends on the values you enter: the peptide content stated on your vial label, the volume of liquid you actually added, and the U-100 syringe markings you use. The formulas are documented on the About page.

Is the calculator free?

Yes. It is free to use, with no usage limits, no premium tier, and no email gate. The 25 presets, the unit conversion, the formula breakdown, the syringe display, and the copy and share buttons all work without an account. The tool does not promote any peptide vendor.

Which syringe does the calculator support?

The calculator displays results for U-100 syringes, where 100 units equal 1 mL. If your syringe is not marked U-100, use the draw volume in mL instead of the unit number, and check the markings printed on your syringe.

Can I use it for any peptide?

Yes, for the arithmetic. The same formulas apply to any product when you know the total amount in the vial and the volume of liquid you added. The 25 presets only save typing for common vial sizes and are not dose recommendations. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the diluent and volume.

Does the calculator store my data?
